This package contains RegIni VBX Custom Control (ver 2.1) by FIS Ltd.

Please refer to README.TXT for a description of the package along
with instructions for its installation.

This evaluation version includes all features of the program.
You may use it for up to 30 days, without charge. If you continue to
use it after this evaluation period, you are required to register the
software (see ORDER.TXT for details).

Any fee you may have paid to others (disk vendors, dealers, etc.) to
obtain this evaluation version was a fee for their copying and
distribution services, rather than a payment for continued use of the
program.

The Evaluation Version (trial use) version of RegIni is provided
"AS IS".

FIS Ltd. makes no warranties of any kind, expressed or implied, that
this program is error free or that any supplied data or other program
information is accurate or complete. No representation or warranties
are made as to the completeness, accuracy, or precision of this
program.

ALL WARRANTIES (INCLUDING ANY WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS
FOR ANY PARTICULAR PURPOSE) ARE EXPRESSLY EXCLUDED. THIS SOFTWARE AND
ALL PROGRAM FILES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND THE USER MUST ASSUME THE
ENTIRE RISK OF USING THIS PROGRAM.


REGISTERED VERSION ONLY WARRANTY

FIS Ltd. warrants the physical diskette(s) provided with registered
versions to be free of defects in materials and workmanship for a
period of ninety days from the date of registration.

If FIS Ltd. receives notification within the warranty period of
defects in materials or workmanship, and such notification is
determined by FIS Ltd to be correct, FIS Ltd will replace the
defective diskette(s).

ALL WARRANTIES (INCLUDING ANY WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS
FOR ANY PARTICULAR PURPOSE) ARE EXPRESSLY EXCLUDED. THIS SOFTWARE AND
ALL PROGRAM FILES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND THE USER MUST ASSUME THE
ENTIRE RISK OF USING THIS PROGRAM.

The entire and exclusive liability and remedy for breach of this
Limited Warranty shall be limited to the replacement of defective
diskette(s) and shall not include or extend to any claim for or right
to recover any other damages, including but not limited to, loss of
profits or other trading losses incurred as a result of any decision
or action taken on your part based upon information provided, implied,
or suggested by this product, loss of data, or use of the software,
or special, incidental, or consequential damages or other similar
claims, even if FIS Ltd. has been specifically advised of the
possibility of such damages. In no event will liability for any
damages to you or any other person ever exceed the lower of the
suggested list price or actual price paid for the license to use the
software, regardless of any form of the claim.

This software and any accompanying documentation are protected by
United States Copyright law and also by International Treaty
provisions. Any use of this software in violation of Copyright law or
the terms of this limited license will be prosecuted to the best of
our ability.

U.S. Government Information: Use, duplication, or disclosure by the
U.S. Government of the computer software and documentation in this
package shall be subject to the restricted rights applicable to
commercial computer software as set forth in subdivision (b)(3)(ii) of
the Rights in Technical Data and Computer Software clause at
252.227-7013 (DFARS 52.227-7013).
